The free transfer is only possible to participating accommodation of the "Green Journey". Please check participation via our website if desired, or enquire directly with the host. Please book immediately after booking the train, but no later than 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability due to limited places. If no more seats are available, you can book a private transfer from the train station here or use the free public bus to the region with the GuestCard. Please note our opening hours for transfer booking on weekdays Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00.

Two suitcases and one hand luggage per person are carried free of charge.

Sports luggage

We will be happy to register the transport of your sports equipment for the transfer. For reasons of space, the transport company must know in advance exactly what you have with you. Please indicate the number of your additional pieces of luggage. The transport of the sports luggage is to be paid by you. You will receive a payment link from us by e-mail after booking.
